You will work closely with internal teams to maintain payroll records, manage employee entitlements, and assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations.Your Day Could See You:Processing end-to-end payroll in compliance with Australian Modern Awards and statutory legislationPreparing and managing payments for PAYG, payroll tax, and Superannuation Guarantee contributionsManaging employee leave entitlements, ensuring accurate calculations and timely paymentsAssisting with month-end payroll reconciliations and financial reportingAdding and maintaining employee records in the payroll systemEnsuring accurate and timely payroll transactions and addressing discrepanciesCollaborating with internal teams and management to support payroll-related needsFiling and archiving payroll documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirementsWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably for Australian clientsStrong understanding of Australian Modern Awards, tax obligations, and payroll legislationHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProven ability to investigate payroll issues and implement solutionsExcellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of payroll systems is an advantageOur Core Values:Collaboration – Brilliant jerks can be brilliant elsewhereImpact – Do, get it done, create impactPassion – Be positive, bring passion and energyTransparency – A transparent team can help each otherWhat Are You Waiting For?Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
