This is a remote position.OVERVIEW:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to executing marketing and communication efforts by designing and scheduling social media content, managing email campaigns, and supporting brand consistency across digital platforms.You will be responsible for ensuring that all posts, newsletters, and updates follow our visual and tone guidelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced with Canva, and confident in content execution — particularly within recruitment or finance industries.This is a hands-on, execution-only position that does not require strategic planning. Instead, you will work independently from a set content calendar and proactively manage publishing timelines with minimal supervision.JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Social Media ManagementEdit, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramPrepare and manage 3 weekly posts for the MD’s LinkedIn profileEnsure all content aligns with brand tone and visualsPerform light video editing (e.g., subtitles, intro/outro)2. Email Marketing & NewslettersBuild and send two monthly newsletters (candidate & client segments)Manage subscriber lists and segment data for targeted messagingFormat email copy and layout using brand templates3. Website & Job ListingsUpdate active roles and blog content on WordPressMaintain accuracy of job postings and website communications4. Content Calendar ExecutionManage a 3-month rolling pipeline of social/email contentKeep content aligned with key campaigns, events, and seasonal trendsMeet weekly and monthly publishing deadlines5. Reporting & InsightsGenerate monthly performance reports (social engagement, reach, etc.)Share insights and recommendations with the MD6. Workflow & Admin SupportOrganize past campaigns and keep shared content folders updatedMaintain work schedules and access systems through Practice Protect7.
