GECO Asia is Hiring: Junior SAP C4C Functional ConsultantGECO Asia is a specialist IT Consultancy Services company headquartered in Singapore, with offices in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China, with two delivery centers in the Philippines – Manila and Iloilo.We are looking for a Junior SAP C4C Functional Consultant to support and enhance the See4C landscape. This role serves as a functional–technical bridge between business users and technical teams, supporting SAP C4C (Sales and Service) applications in an AMS and production support environment.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will provide functional support, configuration, and continuous improvement for SAP C4C solutions. The role requires foundational SAP C4C experience, understanding of integrations, and the flexibility to support shift-based global operations.Key Responsibilities

Support business and functional workshops to gather and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
Configure, customize, and test SAP C4C functionalities
Act as a functional support resource for incidents, enhancements, and change requests
Perform issue analysis, root cause investigation, and recommend solutions or workarounds
Support urgent fixes, emergency changes, and transports for high-priority incidents
Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP C4C environments
Coordinate with technical teams on scripting, integrations, and API-related topics
Maintain functional documentation, including design documents and test cases
Provide ad-hoc user support and functional guidance
Support knowledge sharing and assist in training business users

Required Skills & Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of hands-on SAP C4C / CRM functional consulting experience
Functional knowledge of SAP C4C (Sales and Service)
Basic experience with Iron Python scripting for functional enhancements
Understanding of API integrations and data flows
Experience in incident and change management within AMS/support environments
Awareness of SLA-driven and production support operations
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Work Arrangement

Willing to work shifting schedules to support global operations
Available for on-call or extended support during critical incidents or releases
