Act as the functional–technical bridge supporting and enhancing the See4C landscape, providing global AMS support and driving SAP C4C Sales & Service solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs and configurations
Configure, customize, test, and support SAP C4C (Sales & Service)
Own incident, change, and enhancement management; handle urgent fixes and transports
Perform issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and solution recommendations
Support API integrations and coordinate with technical teams
Ensure data integrity and maintain functional documentation
Provide user support, training, and mentor junior consultants

Skills Required:

2–3+ years SAP C4C / CRM functional consulting
Iron Python scripting experience
API and integration knowledge
AMS/support and SLA-driven environment experience

Work Arrangement:

Willing to work shifts and provide on-call support for global operations
