Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and participation. Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance their performance and skill development. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to continuously update training content based on industry trends and company updates. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making recommendations for improvements as needed.Responsibilities:Responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for new and existing employees. The primary focus will be on enhancing employee knowledge of company policies, procedures, and operational systems to ensure optimal performance and service delivery. Collaborating with the Documentation Team regarding SOPs creating, updates, etc. Collaborating with Operations, Project Management Team, etc. as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor�s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or related field. High School Diploma or GED required. 0-3 years of experience in financial institution operations, customer service, and/or annuity service operations
