Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)Function: TrainingRequired Educational Attainment:
  • With minimum of 2 years of College Education (no back subjects)
Required Experience:
  • At least 1 year experience as a Process Trainer plus 2 years Retirement Services (required) preferably retirement services in the same role
Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Conduct new-hire training (nesting), refresher training, and process updates.
  • Content Development: Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quizzes based on evolving processes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and report on training effectiveness (KPIs) to operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in calibrations and audits to ensure training aligns with quality standards.
  • Mentorship: Guide employees through processes to ensure accuracy and reduce errors (e.g., in BPO or technical roles).
