Full-Time | Evening Shift (Philippines Time)About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our remote team in the construction industry. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly-from reviewing project cost sheets and purchase orders, to managing submittals, assisting with billing, and supporting procurement tasks.If you have a sharp eye for detail, love working with numbers, and enjoy keeping projects on track, this could be a great fit for you.Responsibilities:Carefully review project cost sheets to ensure all quantities, pricing, and calculations are accurate before they're processed.
Cross-check purchase orders against cost sheets to make sure everything matches.
Prepare and submit project documentation, including product information sheets and other required materials.
Assist in compiling final project close-out documents.
Provide billing support by gathering project information needed for accurate invoicing.
Learn and provide backup support for procurement tasks, such as entering new projects into accounting systems.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to keep tasks moving on schedule.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a cost estimating, procurement, coordination, administrative, or project support role.
Experience in US-based construction or flooring projects is highly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an advantage.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Schedule:Full-time - Evening shift: 5 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 2 AM (Philippines time)SKILL REQUIREMENT
