Business Development Manager (Metro Manila or Central Luzon)

- Travels a lot to meet with hotel managers, presenting Exely solutions (approximately 80% of the work is face-to-face meetings with clients in the client's territory);
- Generates leads through cold calling, cold meetings, attending events and with the help of the marketing team;
- Handles incoming leads and converts them into customers;
- Building trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and attending events for hoteliers as a representative of Exely;
- Provide market research to the management team;
- Work diligently with CRM.
- Based in Metro Manila (Manila, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Quezon city,...) or Central Luzon (Pampanga) or Palawan;
- At least 2 years sales experience within the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers;
- Client focus, communication skills, readiness for an intense rhythm of work and a lot of business trips around Philippines region;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English and Filipino;
- Comfortable with CRM and computer software;
- Availability to use private car;
- Knowledge of key hoteliers in the country (would be a plus);
- Knowledge of IT providers for hospitality (would be a plus);
- Membership in Hotel/Travel Associations/ Event experience in Travel Trade Shows (would be a plus).
