This role is crucial in building the first bridge between prospects and our finance team, helping businesses find the right support for their growth.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage SME business owners through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.Clearly communicate the value of our business financing and restructuring solutions.Build rapport and trust with prospects quickly and professionally.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings with our lead finance consultant.Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools.Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance.Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.Qualifications:Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to persuade and handle objections professionally.Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
