- Own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, product, operations, support, sales, marketing and logistics teams.
- Build and manage pipelines for both technical (e.g., developers, engineers) and non-technical roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team goals.
- Execute sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
- Screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and hiring communications.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the funnel.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding and outreach efforts in key talent markets.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, including at least 1+ year in technical recruiting.
- Familiarity with tech stacks, developer tools, and technical assessments.
- Strong sourcing and outreach abilities across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs preferred.
