Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts

As part of our commitment to helping merchants scale seamlessly across platforms, Marketplace Connect by Shopify provides powerful multichannel integrations that allow sellers to manage their product listings, inventory, pricing, and orders across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and Target+, directly from the Shopify dashboard.About the RoleWe are currently looking for highly skilled and analytical professionals to join our Customer Support Team in Angeles City. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to users of the Marketplace Connect App by Shopify. Support is primarily delivered via email and live chat, with occasional phone interactions.This position goes beyond basic support—it requires deep investigation and critical thinking. Our users often face complex challenges due to the diverse ways in which Shopify and external marketplaces are configured and used globally. As such, every case demands a tailored, thoughtful approach—we do not rely on canned replies or scripted answers.You will be working at the intersection of ecommerce platforms, APIs, and marketplace regulations, requiring both technical aptitude and a service-first mindset.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thoughtful and timely support via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues related to Shopify and third-party marketplaces
  • Investigate unique customer scenarios involving listings, sync errors, fulfillment, pricing, and marketplace policies
  • Deliver support that prioritizes depth over speed, ensuring accurate, long-term resolutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams when escalation or engineering insight is needed
  • Depending on experience, you may also engage in proactive outreach, anticipating customer needs before they arise
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
  • Comfortable using a variety of online platforms and software tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in ecommerce, SaaS, and online selling
  • Experience with Shopify or online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Must be able to work on rotating shifts and be office-based in Angeles City
