As the business expands, we are seeking to hire an English Communication Associate Customer Service Representative to join our growing company.Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels
Communicate effectively with clients using clear, professional, and engaging language
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
Support team members in enhancing customer experience through improved communication techniques
Promote a positive brand image in every interaction

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or any related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral or American accent
Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, or any related field; or prior experience teaching English preferred
Strong active listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
