Working Hours: 40 hours per weekJob Description:The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily treasury functions and general accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively with the Controller and finance team.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily treasury and cash management activities, including monitoring balances and ensuring liquidity.
- Prepare and complete cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy of bank records.
- Record journal entries in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support ledger cleanup activities to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist the Controller or delegate with other accounting duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software; experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
