Your role As a Sr. Staff/ Staff Accountant , you will: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and audit schedules. Prepares general ledger journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis for areas assigned including, but not limited to accruals and intercompany transactions. Communicates and works with cross-functional teams on a regular basis, including the international accounting team, revenue, finance, business intelligence, tax, and others. Participates in special projects such as acquisitions, accounting system changes/upgrades and process improvements. Mentors accounting staff to develop strong relationships with the team. What You Need: Experience with Workday Financial Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting at a mid to large size company Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (BSA) Knowledge of large general ledger software applications (2-3 years experience) Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Public Accounting experience, CPA certification is a plus.
