What would be your role Identify and engage potential research clients through outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn , and other channels. Initiate and manage early client conversations , introduce Liminal's research services , and qualify leads for the research team. Coordinate and schedule client briefings in collaboration with the Market Intelligence team . Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) by updating contact data, logging interactions, and ensuring data quality . Support the alignment of sales and research teams by facilitating smooth transitions from outreach to active research engagement. Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, uncover new opportunities , and improve outreach strategy. Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client needs to inform Liminal's research and product roadmap . What we are ideally looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications , or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development , or similar roles preferably in research or advisory services . Proficiency with CRM tools , especially HubSpot , including lead management and data hygiene. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and data accuracy skills. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. Interest or experience in digital identity, cybersecurity, or fintech is a plus .
