Location: PhilippinesAbout the role:As a Business Development Representative, you will be the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, creating together marketing strategies and tactics that will drive sales.Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers across US or ANZ market.What You will do:Develop and maintain a new business pipeline by working with marketing-qualified leads, social networks, and industry eventsDevelop and execute strategic campaigns to define a new sale opportunityQualify leads from marketing campaignsIdentify new business opportunities within the assigned accounts and work towards expanding the company's product/service offeringsProactively seek new business opportunities in the market and contact potential clients through cold calls and emailsYour skills and expertise:Experience in software sales, preferably with experience selling SaaS productsHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Proven track record of achieving sales quotasUnderstanding of sales performance metricsBSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fieldNice-to-haves:Knowledge about Audiometry (hearing aid fitting process) as well as clinical management processExperience in MedTech industryKey traits:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and deliver engaging presentationsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.Go-the-extra-mile and results-driven mindset for exceeding sales targets and achieving success.Flexibility to work in different time zones for customer meetings and demonstrationsWhat's in it for you:Long-term, secure engagement in the stable product development companyHigh product and business standards environmentFlexibility and flat management structureRemote workLearning opportunities and professional development (incl. related certifications)Feels like it’s a perfect match to you?
