- Review all brands that start the sign up process & their profile
- Welcome Intro on the phone to all new clients, answering any questions they want support with, handling any objections, and clarifying value proposition
- Understand client's needs and manage expectations, whilst also educating those brands on our product.
- Qualify which plan would be most appropriate for the brand/ most cost effective
- Set expectations as to best practice & what the brand will need to do to maximise Tracking, Content, Promotion & Commission.
- Salesforce Admin - keep records up to date and setting up communication flows
- Feedback to our internal business on common insights/objections. Ie. why do clients sign up, why do they install, why do they uninstall etc.
- Working hours - 4pm start to 1am Phil time. We can be slightly flexible with this.
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have:
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability and experience to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
