This position supports a hospitality group that delivers award-winning dining and event experiences through world-class venues.YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIESManage robust accounts payable and receivable processesReconcile invoices and ensure policy compliancePerform accurate data entry and financial record maintenancePrepare and process sales and COGS journalsCoordinate EFT payment runs and supplier paymentsAssist in bank reconciliations and statement codingSupport month-end procedures and cash-flow reportingProvide ad-hoc support and financial insights for decision-makingA BIT ABOUT YOUMinimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financeProficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)Strong attention to detail and analytical mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentWHAT WE VALUEWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:Curious and Clever – Smart questions spark smart solutionsEntrepreneurial Energy – Think like an owner.
