- Execution: Provide a clear roadmap and execution plan to achieve the commercial objectives of your sports.

- Tailor-Made Selection: Be responsible for the country’s commercial offer, tailored to our customers' needs.
- Total Coverage: Guarantee that 100% of the customers' needs are covered for your sports
- Continuous offer improvement: Ensure that the product improvement process is practiced and formalize feedback on the country's offer
- Local Alignment: Collect, formalize, and follow up on the country's needs to always guarantee the best offer for Filipinos.
- Store Support: Support the stores, facilitating in offer selection that will be best for their local catchment.
- Logic Implantation: Responsible for the country logic implantation of your sports and its physical implementation.
- Mass Plan Validation: Validate the mass plans of each store twice a year.
- Commercial Dynamism: Propose concrete solutions for both physical stores and e-commerce to accelerate business growth
- New Store Openings: Actively support store openings (logic implantation, mass plan, physical implantation).
- Policy Alignment: Ensure prices within your sports are aligned with the country's pricing and margin policy.
- Market Analysis: Know the market, monitor key changes, and adapt if necessary.
- Omni-Channel Performance: Follow the omni global performances of your sports and set up SMART action plans when needed.
- Availability: Work closely with the Supply Team to guarantee that stock for the top items is permanently available for the customers.
- Communication Alignment: Ensure that your sports communication plan is aligned with the broader country communication plans.
- Brand Awareness: Develop brand awareness through specific partnerships, including events, influencers, and ambassadors.
- Event Selection: Select key city events where our brand will participate in your sports.
- Commercial Engine: Act as the "commercial engine" of your sports’ ecosystem, driving dynamism and cohesion between the brands, stores, e-commerce platforms, and supply chain.
- Group Coordination: Coordinate the activity of your group of sports through regular performance debriefs, coordination meetings, performance animation, and alert management.
- Functional Leadership: Serve as the functional leader for the Department Managers inside your group of sports.
- Team Development: Ensure team growth across key competencies (offer, pricing, commercial dynamism, product knowledge).

- Experience: A successful career experience in retail is an advantage (e.g., Store Manager, Department Manager, Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, etc)
