- Managing the entire Non-Risk (Sports & Footwear) P&L in Zalora Philippines
- Responsible for category profitability results, and is a driver of marketing investments: ZAP income, rebates, option to return, and other revenue coming from local suppliers
- Collaborates with and supports other Commercial Category Managers / Heads in identifying opportunities to ensure that suppliers are successfully represented across all product
- Collaborates with the Commercial Head / Director to set the strategic direction and OKRs for Non-Risk and to achieve the target KPIs defined by senior management
- Collaborates with marketing in the execution of revenuegenerating initiatives with sellers in line with targets (e.g., ZAP, Co-fund, Sponsored Ads)
- Collaborates with the Category Managers and Planners to set NMV forecasts per category seasonally, including any reforecasts
- Reviews and signs off on product/brand reviews, SWOTs, and lessons learnt to showcase ownership and understanding of the area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related fields
- Has 5 to 6 years experience in business development, category and/or account management, e-commerce, or retail; exposure to the footwear or sport industry preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in fashion retail or e-commerce
- Must have both people management and account management experience
- Proven track record in negotiation (promotions, investment, contracts), JBP ownership/support, and revenue-driving campaign execution is a must
- Excellent command of English
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred; strong with data analysis and insights storytelling
- Great interpersonal and communication skills; strong stakeholder management and influence
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, high ownership, and problem-solving skills (able to identify root causes via data and propose practical solutions)
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment; team player with a coaching mindset
- Amenable to report to MCX office in a hybrid work setup
