Job Description: Develop and execute training programs tailored for ground operation teams Create and update training materials & working manuals for SOP compliance Conduct both online and offline training sessions to ensure team competency Evaluate training effectiveness & learner performance through structured assessments Analyze training data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement Collaborate closely with CTO, SOC, Middle Mile, PMO, and Product teams to align training with business needs Lead end-to-end training project management to enhance operational execution Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in training, operations, or related fields Ability to work in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment Strong analytical skills for training evaluation and performance tracking Background knowledge of tech companies, backend systems, or logistics operations is a plus Excellent ability to simplify and translate complicated SOPs into practical training content Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms) Proactive mindset & willingness to contribute beyond training to enhance SPX Express operations Excellent communication in both written and verbal English
