Triaging and identified resolutions to technical issues. Applying standard configuration as documented in the knowledge base. Ensuring accuracy and updating the knowledge base as required. Practical experience in deploying and migrating users from old PCs to new PC Great verbal and written communication skills Ticketing system hands on experience Must-Haves 5+ Years of Experience in Helpdesk Environment M365 Admin experience Active Directory on-prem / Azure AD management Strong Desktop troubleshooting experience Good-to-Have With Citrix experience Working knowledge of wireless networks A desire to work with SME businesses to directly support their IT infrastructure.
