Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any related degree Amenable to work onsite in Makati Deliverables: Helps steer the financial direction of the business and undertake strategic financial planning and reporting. Responsible for accurate financial analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting. Assists the team with implementation of new financial systems. Lead analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and other financial related matters Manages portfolio of assets to maximize profitability and business objectives Supports the analysis of current asset portfolio as well as investments and divestitures Prepares forecasts and analyze trends Coordinates the application and consistency of corporate forecasts and financial data relative to economic valuations, with proper documentation of assumptions Research funding options for current projects Works with third party investors or financiers to evaluate alternative structure and funding options for all energy assets Oversees debt raises, loan covenants, and investment accounts Assists management in making decisions by running ad hoc or sensitivity analysis as needed Reviews departmental actual expenses versus budgeted expenses and issues monthly variance statements Develops and achieves approval for an Annual Budget Prepares monthly reporting package including financial metrics tracking Serves as the finance partner with the non-finance departments, bringing a forward looking focus to analysis and planning Develops data driven fact-based decision making by providing key insights, risks and opportunities to support the business Demonstrates a Continuous Improvement mindset by supporting the creation of streamlined tools to perform detailed financial analyses Supports the monthly close process; collaborate and support the accounting team as needed; if needed, escalates accounting concerns to leadership Coordinates, edits, and assists in development of executive presentations and briefings Show more Show less
