As a Corporate Finance Officer/Associate at URC, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and business growth initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, forecast business performance, and provide insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency. What Are The Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate financial risks and opportunities. Interpret financial statements, market trends, and business data to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Business Units to align financial models with company goals. Assess the feasibility of new projects, acquisitions, and expansions through detailed financial analysis. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial models by continuously updating assumptions and methodologies. Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to support financial and operational decisions. What are the Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineer Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , financial modeling tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of financial statements, valuation methods, and investment analysis . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Open for IE graduates with interest in Corporate Finance.
