We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results!As a Recruiter, you will be at the heart of our high-volume hiring efforts, ensuring we bring in top talent for agent-level roles in our fast-paced contact center environment.What You'll Do:This role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 4 days onsite per week from our Manila office located at Three World Square, Upper McKinley Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila, Philippines.Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, hiring 30+ agents per month across various programs.Handling high-volume sourcing using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.Screening a large pipeline of candidates daily to assess fit for customer service and collections roles.Scheduling and conducting back-to-back interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Ensuring candidates move quickly through the hiring funnel, balancing speed and quality in decision-making.Maintaining accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.Ensuring compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and best practices.What We're Looking For:Experience: 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a call center, BPO, or similar environment.Resilience & Agility: Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-turnover hiring environment—think of it like running a marathon at a sprinter’s pace!People & Process Driven: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Tech Savvy: Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.Communication: Strong ability to engage candidates quickly and clearly communicate job expectations.Why Join Us?Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for career advancement.Comprehensive Training: We offer extensive paid training to ensure you’re equipped for success.Team-Oriented Culture: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with peers who are passionate about what they do.Diversity & Inclusion: We celebrate the unique perspectives and contributions of all our employees.Fun Workplace: Join a vibrant team that knows how to have fun!
