- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for nationwide market coverage
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, cooperatives, and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity
- Oversee sales operations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Monitor and report sales performance to the President
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales service
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in agricultural equipment or heavy machinery
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
- Valid driver’s license
