- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for power distribution or new energy solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with local utilities, EPC contractors, government agencies, and energy companies.
- Identify and pursue large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
- Coordinate with headquarters to ensure smooth sales, delivery, and project execution.
- Manage the full business lifecycle, including sales pipeline, project coordination, and customer relationship management.
- Represent the company locally and support brand building and market presence.
- Achieve revenue targets and budget objectives for the assigned territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including engineering, delivery, and product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field.
- 5+ years of overseas market development or international sales experience, preferably in:
- Power utilities
- Energy infrastructure
- Smart grid technologies
- Renewable energy solutions
- Strong understanding of local energy market policies and business environments.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Chinese language proficiency required for coordination with headquarters.
- Local language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build markets from early-stage development (0→1).
- Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sales, delivery, and customer relationships end-to-end.
- Willingness to travel frequently and manage operations independently in the region.
- Experience working with utility companies or national grid operators.
- Background in renewable energy, solar, energy storage, or smart grid solutions.
- Experience collaborating with state-owned enterprises or large infrastructure projects.
