- Track, record, and reconcile expenses; prepare monthly reports.
- Update CRM entries, track client interactions, log sales activities, and maintain accurate data.
- Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and business reports.
- Attend or review recorded meetings; take detailed notes, highlight key decisions, and define action steps.
- Monitor commitments and deadlines; ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create concise summaries of documents, emails, or discussions for CEO review.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) for drafting, research, and productivity.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness.
- Anticipate needs and help ensure smooth daily operations.Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives or startup leadership.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High proficiency with office tools (MS Office, Excel, CRM systems).
- Comfortable working with AI productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to create high-quality communication and concise email summaries for clients, investors, and executive teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- High degree of integrity, honesty, and discretion.Additional Requirements:
