The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, results-oriented has a bias toward action, is exceptionally imaginative, adaptable, and truly excited about Tala's mission! You will help shape our organization by sharing our company's story, vision, and culture both internally and externally. In this role, you will work directly with multiple hiring teams and locations to support our growth and ensure we hire the best in class! You will have the opportunity to shape and elevate the future of Tala by bringing in the most talented people possible. You'll develop your skills and play with new ideas as we deliver on our promise to the business - the right people, in the right role, at the right time. What You'll Do Be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles and other roles as needed Serve as an internal consultant by conducting training for Hiring Managers and employees, coaching interviewers on best practices, and making sure we're delivering a consistently exceptional candidate experience Provide all candidates and Hiring Managers with an amazing experience by being open, honest, and friendly throughout the process Work closely with the local People Business Partner to build homegrown talent through Internship and management trainee programs. Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities Talent mapping with external talent by identifying the hard-to-fill roles and critical roles and preparing candidates for future opportunities. Support the business in researching market data and trends that will help in making talent decisions. Work in a hybrid model and expected to come into our Manila office. Key Attributes Minimum 6+ years of recruiting experience Experience in a high-growth, high-tech startup environment Deep understanding of the PH market Bi-lingual and have experience working with Global teams Experience with a web-based ATSAble to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and other online networking communities Strict attention to detail and focus on data integrity, documentation, and visibility for hiring managers Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill rolesHigh level of self-motivation and ability to produce results independently, and under demanding deadlines Organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly Be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles Serve as an internal consultant by conducting training, coaching interviewers on best practices, and making sure we're delivering a consistently exceptional candidate experience Provide all candidates with an amazing experience by being open, honest, and friendly throughout the process Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities Our vision is to build a new financial ecosystem where everyone can participate on equal footing and access the tools they need to be financially healthy.
