- Be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles and other roles as needed
- Serve as an internal consultant by conducting training for Hiring Managers and employees, coaching interviewers on best practices, and making sure we're delivering a consistently exceptional candidate experience
- Provide all candidates and Hiring Managers with an amazing experience by being open, honest, and friendly throughout the process
- Work closely with the local People Business Partner to build homegrown talent through Internship and management trainee programs.
- Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities
- Talent mapping with external talent by identifying the hard-to-fill roles and critical roles and preparing candidates for future opportunities.
- Support the business in researching market data and trends that will help in making talent decisions.
- Work in a hybrid model and expected to come into our Manila office.
- Minimum 6+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in a high-growth, high-tech startup environment
- Deep understanding of the PH market
- Bi-lingual and have experience working with Global teams
- Experience with a web-based ATSAble to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner
- Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and other online networking communities
- Strict attention to detail and focus on data integrity, documentation, and visibility for hiring managers
- Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill rolesHigh level of self-motivation and ability to produce results independently, and under demanding deadlines
- Organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly
