- Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Direct Hire as well as Contract, Contract to hire roles for Vaachis customers as well as for internal positions.
- Lead the recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill positions and other roles, collaborating closely with Vaachis Business Development/Staffing Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand the customer's needs and their specific requirements and talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates in niche markets or competitive industries
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process for hard-to-fill roles
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including social media, internet, and job boards.
- Pre-screening prospective candidates to analyze and understand their skills, abilities, and aptitude for the job.
- Present suitable candidate profiles to Account managers / Hiring managers including candidate summary, resumes and all other relevant details
- Consistently meet recruiting metrics and achieve recruiting goals and targets regularly
- Submit weekly recruitment metrics and reporting
- Support HR team to review offer letters for accuracy
- Support the HR Team in conducting Background verification and reference checks
- Work closely with candidates who have been selected to ensure they onboard and successfully start
- When required, manage accounts to staff positions with Vaachis customers
- 5+ years of recruiting experience as a Recruiter
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience supporting the US staffing market
- Experience working in healthcare, or Energy sectors a big plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements and searches simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates
- Proven track record of consistently achieving recruiting metrics and goals in a timely manner, as well as in recruiting for hard-to-fill positions, preferably in niche markets or competitive industries
- Good experience with varied recruiting techniques including sourcing resumes from the internet and social media, Job Posting, employee / external referrals and Internal Database etc.
- Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
