- Own recruiting logistics: post job ads, schedule interviews, and coordinate applicants
- Confidently speak with potential candidates and screen for culture fit
- Manage leadership calendars, calls, and meeting coordination (internal & external)
- Support onboarding for new hires and clients
- Keep internal operations and team communications organized and efficient
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoice follow-ups, research, and travel booking
- Act as a “force multiplier” for leadership: solve problems, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Clear and professional communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Self-starter with agency or startup operations experience (preferred)
- Culturally aligned: low ego, high hustle, results-driven
- Bonus: experience supporting remote teams or founders
