- Assist and collaborate with the full recruitment cycle, from initial job posting to extending the job offer.
- Assist and collaborate with department heads to accurately assess and fulfill their staffing needs.
- Maintain and update candidate records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Process Engineering
- Assist in rolling out changes like process updates, team restructuring, or new tools
- Plan and track small-scale projects led by Process Engineering to ensure deliverables are completed on time and task ownership is clear.
- Coordinate surveys and collect feedback to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
- Support goal-setting and performance tracking efforts
- Help document SOPs and process updates in tools like Notion
- Follow up on task owners and keep accountability clear in change initiativesCrew Members Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for crew members' concerns
- Support and promote crew members' engagement initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of People Ops programs and feedback surveysPeople Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update crew members' records
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Support performance coaching and improvement processes in coordination with People Ops leads.
- Support audits and documentation requests
- Generate HR reports as neededRequirements
- 1 to 3 years of HR, operations, or VA work experience
- Comfortable using G Suite and learning tools like Airtable, Notion, and ChatGPT
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, critical thinking, ability to work independently, and proactive in following up on tasks
- Interest in learning OD, People Ops, or Process Improvement (no prior deep experience required)Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
- Previous experience supporting process improvement or cross-functional projects
- Experience in project coordination or task tracking is a plusSuccess in this role looks like
- OD and TA projects are delivered on time and adopted across teams
- SME-led projects coordinated through Process Engineering are tracked, with deliverables and timelines met consistently.
- Process blockers are flagged early and followed through
- Updates and documentation are clear, accurate, and shared promptly
