Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned HR Operations Manager with a proven track record in leading and managing the full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner and change champion, driving programs and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, optimize HR processes, and build organizational capability. This role requires strong leadership, execution excellence, and the ability to transform HR operations into a competitive advantage. Core Technical Competency Requirements: 1. HR Operations Management - Reinforce employee relations programs through active engagement. - Facilitate group discussions to address HR operations issues and pain points. - Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate leadership. - Oversee on-time processing of consultant and professional fee payments. - Ensure timely payment of telecommunication fees to providers (Globe, Smart, etc.). - Deliver HR analytics reports (e.g., attrition, new hire success rate, employee engagement). 2. Compensation and Benefits Management - Administer government-mandated and company-initiated benefits programs. - Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns on compensation and benefits. - Implement salary structures, job evaluations, and compensation surveys. - Maintain internal and external pay competitiveness through research and benchmarking. - Ensure consistent implementation of compensation and benefits policies. 3. Timekeeping and Payroll Management - Supervise timekeeping processes with strict compliance to labor laws. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data. - Guarantee error-free payroll computations and adherence to company policies. 4. Labor Relations - Review and resolve employee grievances, NTEs, and disciplinary concerns. - Develop, update, and enforce company policies and the Code of Conduct. - Promote a positive employee relations climate while ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Participate in Labor-Management Council (LMC) and CBA negotiations, as needed. 5. Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning - Strengthen employer branding to attract and retain top talent. - Build a strong talent pipeline with high-potential employees. - Lead workforce planning for optimal staffing and workload distribution. - Implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs. 6. Performance Management & Career Planning (in partnership with HR Strategy Team) - Ensure proper implementation of the performance management system. - Facilitate goal-setting and alignment sessions. - Support the setting of KPAs and KPIs across the organization. - Drive succession planning and key-talent development programs. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or HR Administration. - With Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline or Continuing Study Diploma is prefered. - At least 20 years of progressive HR management experience, including significant managerial exposure to the full HR spectrum. - Experience in printing and publishing or FMCG industry is an advantage. - Highly adaptable, thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
