Job Description: Data Preparation & Validation: Gather, organize, and verify program and seller data to support eligibility screening, incentive processing, and performance reporting Performance Tracking: Monitor seller participation and outcomes for key programs (e.g., DDay, payday, brand-led campaigns), maintaining clear and accurate trackers and reports Revenue & Collections Reporting: Track accounts receivables, payment statuses, and revenue from mall marketing packages, highlighting risks and overdue accounts for timely follow-up Insights & Recommendations: Analyze seller and program performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement, such as enhancing program design or driving higher sell-through of packages Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of more efficient data handling, reporting, and collections processes to improve accuracy and timeliness Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with KAMs, RMs, Finance, and Regional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, accurate revenue declaration, and alignment on reporting Requirements: Preferred with one to two years of work experience, but open to fresh graduates Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sensitivity to data, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Google Sheets Learns fast and can manage projects end-to-end Strong stakeholder management Flexible to work long hours on occasion
