The Compliance Analyst will display understanding of ResultsCX culture and competitive environment. In this role you will:

Maintain ongoing oversight over ResultsCX compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting (ROC & SOC)
Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions
Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements
Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required
Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance
Analyze new legislation to determine impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance related activities are coordinated

We are looking for someone who has:

University Degree and 5 years relevant experience.
Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
