The successful candidate will ensure full traceability, compliance, and change control across all systems and subsystems using IBM DOORs and ComplyPro, in alignment with the Employer's Requirements and project lifecycle.Key accountabilities:Requirements Management
  • Responsible for application of the requirements management process within their scope
  • Administer and maintain the requirements database in DOORs and ComplyPro.
  • Provide support (tools and process) to the process users
  • Follow-up on status of Requirements throughout the project lifecycle with client/ consortium
  • Provide regular updates on the level of compliance to the contract requirements through KPIs and reports, which will include both internally and to the Client
  • Support gate reviews and internal/external audits
  • Produce and update of requirement management deliverables
  • Lead monthly requirements meetings, internal workshops, and internal training sessions for requirements management.
Configuration Management
  • Develop and maintain the Configuration and Change Management Plan, ensuring compliance with NSCR-EX standards and Employer's Requirements
  • Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project, formalized in the CMP
  • Identifying and managing configuration items (CI) and establishing configuration baselines
  • Manage the Change Control Board (CCB) and oversee design changes, anomalies, and configuration updates
  • Coordinating and controlling changes through proper change management procedures
  • Ensures the "end-to-end" traceability of every change request including assignment to Baseline and/ or Target Configuration.
Integration & Communication
  • Serve as the primary interface for requirements and configuration topics with the Engineer and Employer.
  • Coordinate with subsystem leads to ensure continuous traceability and compliance.
  • Support integration of configuration and requirements data into EDMS platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in railway infrastructure projects, including E&M systems.
  • Strong experience in IBM DOORs and ComplyPro for requirements and compliance management.
  • Strong understanding of configuration control, baseline management, and change impact analysis.
  • Systematic, detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
