We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Relationship & Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our valued clients, responsible for building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring they achieve maximum value and success from our services.You'll act as a strategic partner, understanding their business objectives, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.   • Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across your assigned client accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive Client Success: Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, business goals, and challenges. Develop and execute tailored success plans to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and maximize the value of our [products/services].
  • Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and rapid adoption of our solutions.
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews (QBRs), and strategic meetings with clients to assess health, address concerns, and present performance insights and future opportunities.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Continuously identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our footprint within existing accounts by demonstrating tangible value and aligning with client objectives.
  • Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Support, Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure timely and effective resolution and championing client needs internally.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product enhancements, service improvements, and overall business strategy.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction and continued partnership.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role,
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
WARNINGS:

  • Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.
