Role Own the client relationship and keep daily warehouse operations on track. You'll onboard new brands, supervise floor staff, and build the reports that show every KPI.. Key Responsibilities Client onboarding - lead kickoff calls, integrations, first inbound shipments, and basic training. Account management - day-to-day contact for assigned clients; handle questions and updates. Reporting - create clear monthly SLA / ops reports (on-time dispatch, order & inventory accuracy, returns, productivity) and share quick insights. Issue resolution - trace root causes, fix them, and follow up until closed. Operations supervision - oversee pick-pack-ship activities, manage shift schedules, brief staff on daily targets. KPI tracking - monitor warehouse and courier performance; escalate if targets slip. Must-haves 2+ years in client success, account management, or warehouse operations (e-commerce / 3PL preferred). Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with basic dashboards. Hands-on knowledge of pick-pack-ship and last-mile flows. Clear written and spoken English.
