
Brand Manager

- Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns aligned with sales objectives
- Manage and grow assigned wine and liquor brands through effective positioning, product launches, and in-store activations
- Collaborate with trade marketing, sales, and distributor partners to ensure strong brand visibility and consistent execution across channels
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs such as volume, market share, brand health, and ROI
- Coordinate with suppliers and global brand principals on local adaptation of global campaigns and reporting requirements
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
- Oversee development of marketing collaterals, digital content, and event activations
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, trade execution, and retail channel dynamics
- Creative thinker with strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with premium or imported brands is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in ParaƱaque
