- Develop and implement holistic business strategies to drive growth and profitability across multiple categories and brands.
- Set and monitor overall sales, revenue, profitability, and operational targets, ensuring alignment with LUXASIA's regional and corporate objectives.
- Lead annual business planning, including budget forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market analysis, consumer insights research, and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of marketing, sales, and distribution strategies to maximize business performance.
- Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, inventory management, and demand planning in collaboration with supply chain and commercial teams.
- Track and evaluate key business performance metrics, including sales trends, consumer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, retail, e-commerce, and commercial teams to enhance brand positioning and business execution.
- Act as the key liaison with brand principals and business partners, ensuring strong alignment on business objectives, marketing initiatives, and market positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local and regional leadership, regulatory bodies, and key industry partners.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and business contracts, securing sustainable partnerships that drive long-term success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-brand team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Set clear performance goals and development plans for team members, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Drive strong communication and cross-functional teamwork, enabling efficiency and knowledge-sharing across teams and departments.
- Oversee P&L management, ensuring financial health and profitability across multiple categories and brands.
- Implement cost optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and return on investment (ROI) in marketing and commercial activities.
- Provide data-driven business insights and reports to senior management, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand, category, or business management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
