- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to introduce the services and job opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or interactions.
- Manage and maintain sales databases and CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Research, gather, and analyze data to support sales efforts.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates.
- Resolve inquiries and address concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
- Regular schedule: 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Manila Time
- Daylight saving: 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Manila Time

- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
- Previous experience in the recruiting, real estate, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software or call-tracking tools.
