
Sales Development Representative (Permanent Work from home)

- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from channels such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, product trials, and events
- Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to purchase, ensuring smooth handover to Account Executives
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads through consistent follow-up until they're sales-ready
- Partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness
- Build strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, customer pain points, and competitive trends to better guide prospects
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and contribute to team initiatives
- Proven experience selling across multiple channels (phone, email, social) and using varied sales processes
- A previous business-to-business sales background engaging with SMBs, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Strong track record in qualifying leads and building a healthy sales pipeline
- Hands-on experience with sales CRMs, such as Salesforce
- Sales experience in new business development, preferably within SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with the Australia/New Zealand market is a bonus, but not needed
