(ADI) is seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our LRO Operations team to develop and drive a robust and efficient project management framework & governance, and lead strategic and operational projects owned by various teams within the LRO, ensuring alignment with departmental goals. Reporting to the Manager of LRO Operations (based in the Philippines), the successful candidate in this position will work closely with other members of the LRO Ops team, LRO stakeholders, non-LRO team contacts at ADI and both prospective and existing vendors, to deliver results based on project objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end project management. Plan, execute, and complete LRO-owned initiatives across various LRO domains, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery. Should be able to make decisions affecting the project in collaboration or consultation with project leads/owners.
  • Collaborate Across LRO Functions. Partner effectively with specialized LRO sub-teams (e.g., Ethics, Compliance & Enterprise Risk, Global Government Affairs & Trade, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Internal Audit) to define project scope, establish clear deliverables, and align resources to support shared outcomes.
  • Design and maintain robust project frameworks. Create and manage comprehensive project management framework & governance, intake process and documentation—including work plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports—to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Should be able to independently design, continually improve and optimize processes around delivering projects, challenging traditional approaches to introduce better alternatives.
  • Drive cross-functional project execution. Work hand-in-hand with project sponsors or owners to initiate, monitor, and conclude projects. Facilitate team formation, guide change management strategies, track key milestones, and troubleshoot roadblocks to keep initiatives on course.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences
  • At least 3 years of solid project management experience in a corporate setting, ideally in a global or cross-regional environment. Experience working in Legal or Compliance domains, a plus.
  • Proven track record of collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Procurement)
  • Confident in leading meetings and presenting to diverse audiences, including senior-level professionals and executives
  • Open to working flexible hours, as needed, to support project meetings scheduled in US time zones
  • Proficient in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

  • Excellent presentation and technical documentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work and lead a team to aggressive schedules.
