- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand travel insurance sales across all channels (B2B, B2B2C, and direct-to-consumer).
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard key partnerships with e-wallets, banks, airlines, travel agencies, and other distribution partners.
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing existing partnerships and exploring new business opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design high-converting campaigns and promotions.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e-wallet partners, banks, airlines, travel agencies, OTAs).
- Monitor KPIs (sales performance, conversion rates, partner ROI) and adjust tactics for maximum impact.
- Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and partner requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in travel insurance.
- Strong network in the Philippine insurance/financial services/travel industry (banks, e-wallets, airlines, OTAs).
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships and multi-channel distribution.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and sales analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with digital insurance platforms and embedded insurance models is a definite plus.
