💼 Full-Time RoleAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Travel Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion of our travel insurance business across the Philippines. You'll focus on driving sales and revenue across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships-e-wallets, banks, airlines, travel agencies, and OTAs.This role requires a mix of strategy, execution, and industry expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead growth strategies across B2B, B2B2C, and direct-to-consumer channelsIdentify, negotiate, and onboard high-value partnerships (e.g., e-wallets, banks, travel players)Optimize partner performance and explore new business opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, product, and sales to execute high-converting campaignsAnalyze market and customer data to refine growth strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersTrack KPIs (sales, conversion rates, partner ROI) and adapt tactics for resultsEnsure compliance with local insurance regulations and partner requirementsQualificationsRequired:5+ years of experience in insurance, partnerships, or business development (preferably in travel insurance)Strong network in the Philippine financial services or travel sectorDemonstrated success in driving revenue via partnerships and channel expansionSolid analytical skills and familiarity with performance dashboardsExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred:Experience with digital/embedded insurance models and platforms
