Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & Design

Design and develop engaging, learner-centric content including digital modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and virtual learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and operations leads to ensure learning solutions are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
Integrate Accenture’s core values and leadership behaviors into learning journeys.

Technical Enablement

Curate and deliver technical learning paths for roles in security support
Stay current on emerging technologies and tools (e.g., Chronify, Mandiant) to ensure learning content reflects the latest industry practices.

Facilitation & Delivery

Lead onboarding programs, capability bootcamps, and upskilling sessions for new joiners and current team members.
Facilitate interactive workshops, simulations, and knowledge-sharing forums across virtual and in-person formats.
Champion a culture of learning by fostering collaboration and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Analyze data to identify learning gaps and recommend enhancements to improve learner outcomes and business impact.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align learning interventions with performance goals.

Learning Operations & Reporting

Manage learning logistics including scheduling, communications, and LMS coordination.
Maintain accurate records of participation, completion, and feedback.
Provide regular reporting on learning impact and insights to leadership.

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet, Mail)
Familiarity with security operations tools (e.g., Chronify, Mandiant) is a plus
Experience with digital learning platforms and virtual facilitation tools
