A well-established company is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for its sales team. This role plays a key part in equipping team members with the tools, skills, and strategies they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales training programs aligned with team objectives
- Lead sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction
- Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Provide continuous coaching and support to sales staff
- Coordinate with team leaders to identify training gaps and development needs
- Stay current on best practices and trends in sales training and development
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field is an advantage
- Relevant experience in a training role within a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tools, and processes
- Skilled in presentation, facilitation, and clear communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with training platforms or tools is a bonus
