You will make a direct impact by: Creating a seamless onboarding journey that sets new hires up for success Maintaining accurate and compliant HR documentation that reflects best practices Managing HR databases and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality This Role Is for You If Experience: You have 2-3 years of prior experience in HR administration or a related support role. Technical Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software tools.
