As an Administrative/Human Resource Assistant, you must have a high level of initiative and the ability to manage your tasks with your assigned manager. In this role, you will support recruitment duties and ensure all procedures run smoothly.Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced tools, technology, and AI solutions to anonymize resumes and remove identifiable information.
- Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Supervisors, Managers, and Division Directors to maintain the database and handle relevant paperwork.
- Implement blind recruitment practices to ensure unbiased candidate evaluation.
- Analyze and interpret data from resumes, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data privacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- High-speed internet connection (40mbps upload).
- A dedicated home office setup including a Mac or PC computer (with a webcam) with a minimum 2.0GHz quad-core processor, 16GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Noise-cancelling headset.
- The ideal candidate is a graduate of a Communications program, such as Mass Communication, AB Communication Arts, BS Education major in English, or other related courses (preferred but not required).
- At least one (1) year of related work experience; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Three (3) years of work experience as an ESL/IELTS administrator is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and sourcing techniques is an advantage.
- 30+ years of RPO experience: We have been operating since 1993.

Salary and Benefits: Php 15,000.00 Php 40,000.00, plus an annual bonus.Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST
